These terms apply to purchases made from NeedyDogs through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them in plain English on purpose.
Our products The NeedyDogs Comfort Wrap is a comfort product designed to help anxious dogs feel calmer through gentle pressure. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for veterinary care. If your dog's anxiety is severe or sudden, please talk to your veterinarian. Never leave a dog unattended in the wrap for extended periods, and remove it if your dog shows signs of discomfort or overheating.
Orders and payment All prices are in US dollars. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud; if we do, we'll email you.
Shipping, returns, and refunds Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are part of these terms.
Sizing Fit depends on accurate measurement. We provide a size chart and breed guide on every product page, and we offer free size exchanges. Please measure your dog's chest before ordering.
Accuracy of information We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may vary slightly between screens and real life. If we make a mistake in a price or description, we may correct it and will contact you before charging you differently from what you agreed to.
Your account and information You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and email so we can deliver your order and reach you about it. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property The NeedyDogs name, logo, photographs, and website content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NeedyDogs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
