Returns & Refunds
We want the Comfort Wrap to work for your dog. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.
30-Day Calm-or-Refund Guarantee If the Comfort Wrap doesn't help your dog feel more at ease within 30 days of delivery, email us and we'll refund your purchase in full. You don't need to explain or fill out a form — just tell us it didn't work and we'll send return instructions.
Free size exchanges If you ordered the wrong size, we'll exchange it for the right one at no charge within 30 days of delivery. Email us your order number and the size you need. Because this wrap runs small, our size chart and breed guide are on the product page — when in doubt, size up.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply with a return address and simple instructions.
- Send the wrap back in clean, resalable condition (a little dog hair is fine — we know who it's for).
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Exchanges ship as soon as the return is on its way.
A few honest limits
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Wraps that are damaged, heavily soiled, or altered can't be refunded.
- Original shipping charges (Express, or international) are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
Damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund right away, and you won't need to ship anything back.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they haven't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
