- Standard shipping is free on every US order. Delivery is typically 5–8 business days after your order ships.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.
International We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and most of Europe and Asia. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country; these are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Tracking Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll sort it out.
Address changes Need to change your shipping address? Email us right away with your order number. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
Questions about your shipment? Email us any time — we answer our own email, usually the same day.
